Join us for an immersive and transformative in-person workshop designed to guide you on a  journey of self-discovery and healing. Facilitated by Geo a certified breahwork facilitator and Mel a training therapist (final year) with experience in trauma, this workshop offers a unique blend of ancient and modern natural medicine to help you release past trauma and step into a renewed sense of self.

What to Expect:

Cacao Ceremony:

We begin our journey with a sacred cacao ceremony with Geo who will activate you with  a heart-opening ritual that prepares you for deep emotional and spiritual work. Allow its nurturing energy to open your heart and set the intention for your journey

Somatic Emotional Sourcing:

Next, Mel will guide you through a somatic process developed over the last couple of years as she worked intimately in trauma, inner child & rehabilitation, this practice is  focused on sourcing and identifying emotions within the body. This powerful technique allows you to connect with your physical and emotional being, uncover subconscious feelings, and prepare for deeper release during the breathwork session.

Breathwork Journey:

The core of our workshop is a 60-minute breathwork journey. Using conscious, connected breathing techniques, we will help you enter an altered state of consciousness where deep healing can occur. Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing stored trauma, accessing hidden emotions, and gaining insights into your true self.

Energy Healing:

During the breathwork session, we will support you with energy healing techniques to support your release and integration process. We  will work with your energy field to clear blockages, balance your chakras, and support you to release.

Integration:

We will conclude with a guided integration process, helping you to process the experiences and insights gained during the workshop. This ensures you leave feeling grounded, empowered, and ready to step into your life with a renewed perspective.

About Geo:

Geo is  a certified breathwork facilitator who is passionate around regulating nervous systems and coming back home to ourselves, so that we can live in authenticity. She trained and became certified through Holumina last year in 2023, and has since done 1:1 journeys and a group journey. She loves to share this medicine with individuals and empowering people to step into their authenticity and heal what may be hindering their authentic embodiment. She can’t wait to share more of this breath medicine with more of you!

About Mel:

Mel is a compassionate and intuitive facilitator with a background in Psychology and Anthropology and currently training in her final year of study to become a therapist alongside this she is also completing her breathwork facilitation. Mel has a deep understanding of the human psyche and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our workshop. Having overcome her own childhood traumas, she is intimately familiar with the healing power of connection and community. Her nurturing presence and genuine passion for supporting others create a safe and welcoming space where participants can explore their innermost thoughts and emotions without judgment. Mel is dedicated to helping women tap into their inner wisdom, embrace their authentic selves, and manifest their highest potential.
